I came to Homan Ford after my car started making a metallic ting sound. As I revved the engine after starting in cold weather, I knew it wasn't an exhaust leak because the sound was in time with my accelerator, but metallic, and I assumed it may have been a bad bearing warming up on the alternator, starter, or AC compressor. After several trips to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee I took my car to Homan to ensure I'd make it there. I told Brett in the service department that my sister was in the hospital and informed him that I needed my car back as soon as possible. He had to admit that he couldn't get the parts the same day and replied that my car would be fixed Friday afternoon...two and a half days away. After bringing my car in on Wednesday I was understandably disappointed; but I understood that it was the soonest my car could be fixed. Even though I never bought a car from Homan they gave me a brand new 2018 Ford F-150 to make sure I was able to visit my sister in the hospital and told me there were no limits on how many miles it took over the few days I may have the vehicle. On Thursday, the next day, I left for Froedert hospital in the early afternoon and was only 20 minutes into my trip when I received a call stating my car was fixed. My starter was impacting the flywheel and they were calling to inform me my car was fixed and back in perfect order. I was able to make it down to Froedert in my own car with only a day long delay after a moment's notice because of the attention Homan Ford. The thing I'm most thankful for is that they gave me the keys to a new vehicle so I could check on my little sister even though I didn't buy a car from them...I just own a Lincoln that's 5 years old by now. The next vehicle I buy will most likely be from Homan Ford in Ripon.

I was visiting Ripon from out of town and I had the unfortunate experience of having a punctured tire on my BMW while in town. I showed up at the service department without an appointment asking for assistance to fix my tire. They got me in immediately and my tire was fixed in less than 30 minutes. The Service Manager, Chad Campbell, was so helpful and compassionate to my plight. He made sure my problem was taken care of immediately and he treated me like a valued customer. I commend Homan Ford and Chad Campbell for exemplifying what customer service is all about. If you're looking for outstanding customer service - even after the sale - then shop for you next car at Homan Ford in Ripon. Thank you so much!

I've purchased a few vehicles here and haven't had much issue. There was only one used vehicle that needed some decent body work because they didn't thoroughly inspect it but I assumed the repairs would be costly either way. If I were to buy another truck this would be the place.

The staff at Homan are great. They take the time to explain any questions that you have. They are second to none.
