Nice store with a lot of great products but terrible customer service. I purchased two lamps and one had a large brown stain on the inside of the shade. Instead of giving me a little off, he insisted on ordering a new shade. He took my information and said he would call when it arrived - estimated that it would take 2 weeks. After no call for four weeks, I called him for a status update. He didn't remember anything about it and took a while to find that "they were on backorder." He said he would call me when they arrived, but estimated probably another two weeks. It's been four months now - no lampshade, no call.
