They occasionally forget a salad or soda but the food is always really good!! They tend to run out of certain sodas and salads too. We order monthly at least though
Poor communication and management, I waited two hours for a small pizza and I had to call several times to remind them that I was waiting for the pizza.
Food is always delivered very quickly and the food is always delicious!
We have been getting our pizza from this location for a long time. The online ordering is always a value because we can always find a coupon. The Build your Own Pizza is the best because you can build it the way you want. They also have choices as to how much topping you want as well as splitting the pizza down the middle and having different toppings on each side. Love, love, love Domino's and I really like this location.
I ordered two pizzas and chicken last night at 12:00. I then proceeded to be told I'd be waiting an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. I waited an hour and a half, now its 1:30 am. I tried to call them to get my pizza and no one answered, and I didn't get my items. I proceed to check my cards, and the money is taken out of my account. I call back this morning telling them what happened, and she told me that she would have her manager call me as soon as he gets here. Then I wait all day, because I received no phone call. I call get put on hold, and then the manager Steve picks up and tells me that they will reimburse my card. I call back an hour later asking if my card was reimbursed yet, to be told that it will take a day for it to be. Then I ask to talk to the manager for me to be put on hold again. And he began to tell me lies, saying that the number they called went straight to voicemail. Funny because I gave them two numbers to call just in case. He then didn't say he was sorry or anything like that. And said I would have to wait a day for it to get reimbursed. This place is ridiculous, I've heard of many people on this Ripon College Campus, in which this happened to them as well.
