I don't normally write comments, but this Taco Bell/KFC In Ripon is so disappointing. They never get the food correct, their service is so slow, and they aren't even open when they are supposed to be. Where is the owner??? They need to get their act together...or people will stop giving them second chances.

Online says open till 10. Drove up at 9:04 to tje drive through to see the "drive through open" sign on and the "drive through open late" sign up. I pulled up to the monitor and it said it was closed so I rolled up to the window and they told me they were closed. I pointed out the sign and then continued to check online to see it says it is open till 10.
No signs telling us when the place opens or closes. Asked a manager when then open and close they said 1030 told her online it said 7 she said it wasn't their problem. Told her the building had no info and she literally turned and walked away like I wasn't there. Said nothing no sorry we didn't think to put hours up just turned and walked away. That girl should not be managing a team and training people to act like that. Poor mistake Taco Bell/KFC
