Atomic was quick to respond with a bid for plumbing repairs and then to follow up with the service to repair the problem on budget. It was a vacant, bank owned residence and the Atomic personnel were quite willing to enter the property by way of a lockbox to bid and then to repair. It saved me a 140 mile round trip.

I called Atomic Plumbing as soon as I heard the gut-wrenching sound of water running where it isn't supposed to be (in the walls but not in a pipe) on a Sunday afternoon and got a returned call within 30 minutes (pretty impressive for a Sunday plumbing emergency). John came over first thing Monday morning to check out what was going on and quickly identified the problem, made a plan, and fixed it within 2 hours (a new hot water supply from the basement to the bathroom sink and a new faucet). I was very, very, impressed with the swift response to my needs as a home-owner, the friendly yet very professional attitude, and John's patience with me and my curiosity about what he did to my home's plumbing and about plumbing in general (for future projects). Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Atomic Plumbing of Ripon, WI, and will not only continue to call them whenever a plumbing issue arises that I can't handle but also staunchly recommend Atomic Plumbing to friends and neighbors.
