Fantastic breakfast and lunch. Family owned and operated for over 15 years. Closes early but but opens earlier then most. Friday fish fry is amazing!!
Very clean dining area is the first thing I notice when walking in. The second thing I notice is the immediate distaste of life coming from some of the employees. Although however much distaste they have, I am still greeted with a "Hello, welcome! Please have a seat anywhere you'd like." and so I did. The service was very quick in serving me and was polite enough to offer time since I haven't come up with an order I wanted just yet. I ended up ordering something it seemed the menu wanted me to have, with its specifically bolder font and picture, a gyro and feta cheese omelette. It came up with a side of hashbrowns and a pancake and let me tell you, that omelette was a pretty bad disappointment. The omelette was dry and ridiculously salty for what it was, a salty cheese and salty meat omelette. However, the pancake was glorious and I know what I'll get next time I'm there, and the hashbrowns were just hashbrowns, delicious (obvious hashbrown bias). Despite the cruddy entree, the sides were pretty good and the service was quick. I'd recommend them. So ignore the bitterness the employees have as you'll soon realize it's not at you.
Very impressed with this little local restaurant! Excellent service and excellent food! I will definitely recommend to others and return myself!
Driving through Ripon we came upon this diner downtown and decided to check it out. My 1st impression was the cleanliness of this place! I have never been in a cleaner restaurant. I thought either this place is new or ir is newly remodeled. The food was very good and the service was fantastic. It was quite obvious that both the owners and the employees take pride in their work. Not a trait we see often these days. We will return again.
We used to love going to this restaurant. The girl there has changed shes always short and seems angry. She hasn't been the same. Very uncomforting. I love the food but you have to be customer friendly all the time. The air was too high. I will be finding a new place to go.
